A Fresh Coat of Paint and Exciting Improvements Ahead

We’re delighted to share some exciting news from our community furniture charity!

The start of a series of improvements!

The first stage has been a fresh coat of paint to our outside space, in purple of course!

The painting today (23rd September 2025) may sound simple, but it has created a brighter, cleaner environment, helping us create a more welcoming place for customers, volunteers, and visitors.

And this is only the beginning. Thanks to generous funding from The National Lottery Community Fund, made possible by players of The National Lottery, we can take these improvements even further very soon.

With this support, we’ll be enhancing our customer entryway to a brand new unit, making it accessible and inviting, as we move closer to it's launch date. The brand new unit will give us more space to display pre-loved furniture, serve our community, and continue the vital work of tackling furniture poverty.

This is just the start of our journey, and we can’t wait to share more updates as our new unit comes to life.
